NikkiChris accepts orders online or by phone. Once orders are placed online, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided in a separate email.

Currently, the only payment methods we accept are Visa and Mastercard. Your card will not be charged until the date of shipping.


Orders bought within California, or being shipped to California will be charged a 8.25% sales tax.


Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped via UPS within 2 business days.


We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or receive defective merchandise, please return your order within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items cannot be accepted past 30 days. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging. Please contact us one of the following ways to receive a return authorization number. Items will not be accepted for return without contacting us first. Once we issue you a Return Number, we will send you a prepaid return label. We will not refund the shipping cost unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
